Support INP

Advancing Prevention Through Education

The Institute for Neurofunctional Psychology (INP) is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to advancing preventative, developmentally informed approaches to nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and relational capacity.

INP’s work focuses on addressing the conditions that make later psychological distress more likely—by translating established scientific knowledge into accessible educational frameworks that support resilience, learning, and long-term wellbeing across the lifespan.

Why Support This Work

Most mental health systems intervene after distress has already become entrenched. INP works upstream.

Your support helps make possible:

  • Early education that strengthens self-regulation before patterns consolidate

  • Public-serving programs that reduce long-term burden on mental health systems

  • Educational initiatives that translate neuroscience and developmental science into practice

  • Pilot programs designed to be scalable, ethical, and evidence-informed

INP emphasizes education rather than treatment, ensuring that foundational regulatory skills are available broadly—before distress becomes identity-defining or pathological.

How Contributions Are Used

Support for INP may be directed toward:

  • Educational program development and pilot implementation

  • Curriculum design and refinement

  • Research translation and dissemination

  • Community and school-based initiatives

  • Organizational sustainability and governance

All contributions support INP’s mission and are stewarded with transparency and fiscal responsibility.
